So civility doesn’t matter because...covid? If so, that’s a scary reality.

Just from Mike’s OP, he mentioned the cashier being “rude” and having an “attitude”. I’m certain had the cashier acted respectfully, knowing Amy, she would have obliged.

Obviously I know Amy well - she would not have made a big deal out of this if she wasn’t berated by the cashier. No disrespect to either of you, but we should all be advocating for civility and this thread ain’t it.
