Hey all, based on the replies to my post from yesterday, I have learned that plenty of folks do not have a good understanding of FFXIV's penalty system.

I see it as a major overreach for SE even though it is in their TOS, if it is said on a streaming platform it is not up for SE to police it. It's up to the platform to do so.

I was banned on FFXIV for Aggressive comments and behavior against others during twitch streams. I was not aware the ToS applied to outside of game as long as ANY FFXIV copyright content was visible. I was not given any details about the ban other than that. More details later.

Also the use of the word bigot is overblown so it typically just.. isn't something I pay much attention to these days.

@grahastanffxiv I believe they should have gone to twitch first and forced them to take down the material that puts it in a bad light, not banned him from the game cause it just gives others ammo.

But I will be honest about the censorship front, I cant side with that. Far too much shit gets deleted for association with X/Y/Z.
