At first glance, a grid of identical enclosures looks like a standard moulding process.
But moulding always leaves a trace—a seam, a flat edge, or a compromised curve. When a component requires a perfectly seamless surface, moulding won't work. It must be carved directly out of solid stock.
Machining a thin-walled shell is a fight against physics. As the tool removes material, the walls naturally want to flex and vibrate. Achieving this level of dead-uniform cosmetic perfection across a massive batch proves uncompromising machine rigidity.
This is true process control at scale.

A sweeping curve is simply a series of precise alignments.
In 5-axis machining, if the rotary axes shift under cutting force, overlapping toolpaths fail to align. This leaves a blend line.
Hand-polishing that line alters the surface, destroying the exact aerodynamic geometry.

The tool crib functions as a completely parallel system to the shop floor. Every cutter is locked via thermal and mechanical presses, and every vise is pre-mounted while the machines are actively cutting.
The loudest machining cycles start in complete silence.
You can't run high-speed spindles through solid metal without a disaster unless the real work happens on the screens first. We map the cuts and push the limits in the software.

Heavy machining generates heat, and heat moves iron. When a rotary table tilts to access complex features, the entire coordinate system shifts.
