@brevo_official It's mostly been resolved save finding a way to stop it from happening in the future. My main concern I guess is at this point when I use the service to put a subdomain through while I develop the site before production.

If I have the domain authenticated subs shouldn't break ?

@brevo_official Hello, my transactional platform keeps getting deactivated and I'm not sure why. I put in a ticket and haven't heard back in an unusually long time. I just want my email to work.

@brevo_official Is support still able to field tickets by chance? I'm kind of drowning over here with my transactionals disabled and since it takes time for the back and forth before you turn back on I really could use a hand.

@brevo_official Obviously I'm looking to get it turned on but moreso why it keeps going down. I'm not spamming anything, just using the platform for website notifications.
