I’m extremely disappointed in us as Nigerian youths. Extremely.
I woke up this morning to get ready for work without electricity and without water. The last time we had power in my area was Saturday morning. This is Abule Ijesha, Lagos.
I work a 9–5. I earn a substantial amount every month, and yet I’m still dealing with something as basic as the lack of electricity and water.
And meanwhile, young people on Twitter are still allowing tribal sentiments and religious affiliations to divide us in 2026.
Do you people not understand how limited you are compared to young people in developed countries? Do you not understand that if anything happens right now, the politicians who are the most privileged among us have the means to leave this country while the rest of us remain here to deal with the consequences?
Do you genuinely think the elites care about the tribal and religious divisions they use to keep us fighting each other?
Your Commissioner of Environment and Water Resources in Lagos can be online flaunting a Patek Philippe while young people are struggling with basic infrastructure. And this is just a Commissioner.
They know exactly what they’re doing. They know that as long as we’re distracted by tribe, religion, sex, politics and whatever other silly division they can exploit, we won’t look up and ask the people actually responsible for our living conditions the difficult questions.
This is disgusting.
And honestly, we should be ashamed of ourselves.
Not because we are powerless, but because we have failed woefully to recognize where our collective interests lie.
We keep fighting each other while the people benefiting from this dysfunction continue to live above the consequences of it.
We need to do better.
Everything in France is happening because France lost its hold on the African countries it held handsome
France has organised the killing of 22 African presidents since 1963 via coups and regime changes or assassinations.
Those nations stood up and fought back, took hold of their resources.
There has been more than 21 assassination attempts on these African leaders
France lost access to resources it was stealing cheap, got cut off completely and now trying to fix what is already dead
The implosion is starting and it will be so violent that the French leaders will do everything to regain power in those region
But like Chief Chimamanda Adimchinobi said a few years back, and I quote.
I think in general that France doesn’t seem to realize that it is no longer an 18th century world power.
we have soon discovered that it’s simply a parasitic virus that has been cut off.
France today, america tomorrow.
The implosion might take time but its definitely coming.
Go through the comments section, and you will understand why Nigeria is a mess right now. People read and don't care to understand what is written before voicing out their preconceived notions.
Some even ignore all that is being said and come with the argument of "you are accusing fathers of faith."
Others call you names for daring to question anything their beloved "gods" told them from the altar.
It's a shame what the body of Christ has turned into.
I once asked a pastor whether he knew that Jesus himself rebelled against the religious fathers of his time, and the Pastor was shocked I said such a thing. Thinking what I said was blasphemous.
Jesus literally flogged people out of the temple.
Read your Bibles folks. Jesus saw the corruption and the perverted messages of the Pharasees and the leaders of his time. Paul wrote Epistles correcting the ills of the early church. He even called some of them fools and asked who had bewitched them.
Your pastors and general overseers are destroying the work Christ laid down his life for, and they can and will be called out for it.
Stop worshipping them and read your Bibles.
Jesus died for you so you can have eternal life, if you believe.
That, my friend, is the gospel.
You want to be rich, be diligent in your works. God promised to bless the works of your hands. But your salvation is not and should not be treated as a business transaction.
If your reason for going to church and doing all of these is to make money, you're lost. Your businessmen pastors won't tell you these because the source of their income is directly tied to what you're doing.
The question you should ask yourself is, why will someone who profits off your error correct you?
Before you crucify late Sani Abacha’s corps or pour spit on his grave remember America don’t assassinate its puppets rather it preserves them, those who assassinated late Sani Abacha & gave you Bola Tinubu must be lying about whom Abacha truly is, I will die on this hill.
@Officialjeffz1@3s4Dayz365@jayhemz Sentenced “alleged” kidnappers to death,by hanging. And rehabilitated terrorist. Military rule in Nigeria, has achieved beyond reach, what “Democracy” would ever imagine to achieve.
@johnsonadeyin17@ImIsiala@OneJoblessBoy The drinks, beverages, medicines, and even the air you breath; do you feel, there’s no possibility of all of de abuv & more be poisoned, to make you sick, over time?!
@johnsonadeyin17@ImIsiala@OneJoblessBoy Have you asked yourself, how his sickness came about?🤷🏾♂️
And what type of sickness was that, that a sitting president couldn’t get help anywhere in the world,& it resulted to his death?
Do you know that most of this illness you hear of today, are laboratory engineered?
@SpacemanAp Being a Christian to most people, doesn’t exceed attending of church, every weekdays;for weekly activities, Or Sunday service.
They do not know what it means to “love”.Yet,they believe in God!
@QueenIbeinmo As I look the first frame, quick quick, I thought there was “something” hanging out, and pointed there😭
🥳 happy birthday mutual. The best is yet to come 🫶🏿
I have come to the conclusion that resetting Nigeria may not even require a violent revolution. But only on one condition: If the Nigerian civil society, the media and the opposition establishment come CLEAN, confess their participation in the subversion of their own country, and serve terms accordingly.
The biggest challenge Nigeria faces is that those who pretend to fight the establishment are in bed with the establishment, some knowingly, some unknowingly. Their livelihood is directly or indirectly tied to the same structure they oppose. And none of them is ready to sacrifice the soft life this arrangement affords them.
Realizing this has further strengthened my resolve that the Nigerian government is not the main problem of Nigeria, but the U.S. government.
If you notice, all the actors I am referring to here can criticise Abuja around the clock, seven days a week, but can never bring themselves to say a single word against Washington, even as Washington continues to carry out the biggest colonial heist of the 21st century in their own country.
That is because Washington is in charge, and knows, because it has engineered things to be this way, that holding Abuja accountable amounts to absolutely nothing.
It’s a theater bruh.
I think many people who have never left their Nigerian hinterland before need to visit Elmina Castle someday and take note of where the church is located - directly above the slave dungeon. Praying to the lord on the top floor, while Africans physically rotted to death in filth undreneath. Whenever one of the Africans died, the oyibos would leave their chapel, go into the dungeon, remove them corpse and toss it into the sea.
Then go back to praying to white Jesus for a successful upcoming auction of African human cargo.
Maybe after doing the tour, it will provide some perspective and help them think about the implication of whether the descendants of the people who built Elmina castle have somehow grown to care about your miserable African life because you are a "Christian". The Africans they spent centuries raping in industrial numbers, using their skin as leather, hanging from trees, using their hair as sofa stuffing, and sometimes even eating outright, were "Christians" too.
Being a Christian never stopped an oyibo man from being about his money and power first and foremost. Unfortunately, it sometimes feels like the wrong people were loaded onto the slave ships. They left all the dummies and weaklings behind. Still too soft in the head to grasp something that oyibo's actions have spent the past 500 years trying to teach them.
