Yesterday, Cecil Otieno, a youth leader, was shot dead and later found by the roadside. According to youths who attended the event, she was last seen entering the vehicle of the PS for Youth Affairs, Fikirini Jacobs.

It is alleged that an altercation occurred inside the PS's vehicle and that she was shot by the PS's bodyguard.

Fikirini, we are not going to let you walk away from this like Didmus Barasa. If you are found responsible through due process, you must be held accountable.
