@O2 After 3 days of hanging on the line, someone picked up this morning. In the “insurance dept” and was unable to connect me to the correct dept. This is a joke. You’re virtual assistant is useless and talking to a human is impossible. What are you DOING?
@British_Airways I can’t believe you did that. Checked me in at Edinburgh via LHR to Singapore. While I was IN THE AIR to LHR you cancelled my booking to Singapore and booked me a later Singapore airlines flight. Without telling me. Whaaaat??
@cottagedales@British_Airways I’ve been on hold for more than 4hrs and still no reply from Executive Club. Even DM’s aren’t responded too until maybe 4 days have gone by. It’s appalling. 🤦🏼♂️
@British_Airways@BBCWatchdog - I hope you follow this. We’re all talking about how impossible it is to talk to a human at @British_Airways . Nobody (me included) seems able to resolve any issues. Twitter says “call us”, nobody picks up and the “bot” is useless. Please help sort it out
@MartinSLewis are you checking out BRitish Airways feed for the number of complaints about nobody answering the phone? I’ve waited for 4hrs on the line to book a flight and just got a £75 phone bill for the privilege. Ridiculously@poor service levels from BA 🤦🏼♂️😡

@British_Airways It’s outrageous you should claim extended flexibility on bookings. I’ve waited for 4hrs on the phone and no reply and got a £75 phone bill for it. So then I DM’d and after a week there’s no reply. There’s ZERO flexibility when nobody bothers to answer a customer 🤷🏼♂️😡
