@RailMinIndia what are the norms followed during COVID period? Passengers are more than berths of AC.travelling in
05065 Gorakhpur panvel express. we got in train at jhansi .In our AC bogie more than 72 people are accomodated no action bt TT.
Luggage more than permitted.
