The beauty of Miss Universe Uganda 🇺🇬 is mesmerizingly gorgeous 💯

A 10-year-old girl named Marwa, who sells tissues on the streets of Aswan, Egypt, rushed to watch a children’s marathon from afar and eagerly asked the organisers if she could join.

Although she had not paid the 200-pound participation fee and lacked proper sports shoes or clothing, she was determined to take part and even dreamed of winning.

The organisers allowed the innocent girl to compete. Marwa ran barefoot, just as she runs through the streets every day chasing customers to sell tissues. She ran with the pride of the underprivileged, moving as if she were soaring toward the finish line.

To everyone’s amazement, she crossed the finish line first and won the gold medal.

Despite her difficult circumstances, Marwa believed in herself and refused to let any obstacles stop her from achieving her goal.

💛🌍 UNA HISTORIA QUE EMOCIONA.

Los Ghetto Kids llegaron a Estados Unidos por una invitación personal de Shakira. Pero la artista colombiana les ha brindado mucho más que un escenario.

Durante estos días los ha acompañado, cuidado y hecho sentir como en casa. Incluso integró a Milan y Sasha para que convivieran y jugaran con los pequeños bailarines de Uganda, creando un vínculo que ha conmovido a todos.

Uno de los momentos más especiales se vivió en Times Square, donde los niños improvisaron un baile callejero mientras Shakira los observaba con una enorme sonrisa y evidente orgullo.

Después de compartir escenario en Nueva Jersey, ahora llega el momento con el que siempre soñaron: este domingo, los Ghetto Kids se presentarán junto a Shakira en el show de medio tiempo de la Final de la Copa del Mundo, frente a millones de personas en el MetLife Stadium.

Del corazón de Uganda al escenario más grande del planeta 🥹🌍

Today is special in our 11 year coffee journey at @RugyeyoFarmLtd. I am part of twelve farmer groups that received compact hullers for primary processing of dry coffee beans. Other farmer groups got wet processing machines & motorized pulpers. We are grateful to @MAAIF_Uganda & @UgandaCoffee_ for considering us as part of their value addition project. This will be installed at our warehouse. I will provide a subsidized service to the community & maintain the machine. It also means more jobs at my farm for the locals. Most importantly for me, I start on realizing a long held dream to do every from crop to farm. Dreams do come true, a long held prayer has been answered, the reason i put every penny in my structures is coming to life. Hon.@DESIREtheFARMER thanks for presiding over the handover. We will take good care of these machines for the benefit of our communities and Uganda

I don't share sentiments with critics of the standards of football in Africa, who say the continent doesn't deserve the 10 slots in the World Cup, 8 of whom have been eliminated to date.

Europe had 16 slots, 9 have been eliminated. America had 12, and 7 have been eliminated. Asia had 5 and they're all eliminated, as have those from Oceania.

All the 10 African countries have made a good account of themselves, and the tournament is a learning experience.
Whatever the attitudes of the North Africans, they're representatives of Africa, Morroco and (especially) Egypt (which depends on R. Nile), who are still in the race, ought to be supported by us. CPM
