do not confuse 'who they are' vs 'what they do'. Focus on the actions, not the persona of the person.

Names manners: use of a person's name is a sensitive area. Always ask permission to shorten a name. 'Robert' is not 'Bob', 'Samantha' may not be 'Sam'. Be respectful.

Every CEO I know has to do an independent physical & mental checkup 1x/year to assure s/he is in good all-round health. Blood workup, weight, mental exam, etc. are required...info then released to the company. Why is CEO of our country not made to do this? #america #probity
