The cap is ment to Keep it so that players stay useful throughout the year. the problem is it's limited some players from getting multiple evos on certain cards.

Basically it's impossible.

@vegasvoss101 We really need to improve the standard of refs here and move away from allowing refs to take charge of teams from areas they live near as well.

Most of our top refs are all in the central area near Glasgow.
