They murdered a medical professional, unlocked her phone using her finger, called her husband, and then began raping her corpse while he watched on a video call.

This is the Islamic Republic.

This is the story of Saleheh Akbari. And the world must know her name.

Saleheh was an operating room technician from Ardabil, Iran. During the January 2026 protests, she and her husband, Ahmad Khodaei, secretly helped protesters who had been wounded by regime forces and were too afraid to go to hospitals, fearing arrest.

They opened their home to the wounded. Saleheh treated them, bandaged their injuries, and helped remove pellets from their bodies.

The regime found out.

Security forces came to their home to arrest Ahmad. They attacked him, beating him with fists, kicks, and electric shocks.

Saleheh tried to protect her husband.

One of the regime’s men pulled out a gun and shot her in the heart.

Saleheh was killed inside her own home.

But even her death was not enough for them.

Her body was taken, along with her phone. Ahmad was arrested and abused.

Then came the part that is almost impossible to comprehend.

According to Ahmad’s testimony, members of the Revolutionary Guards went to Saleheh’s body in the morgue, gang-raped her corpse, and recorded the rape.

They then sent the images to her husband.

Read that again.

They murdered his wife.
They raped her corpse.
They filmed it.
Then they sent it to him to psychologically torture him.

Ahmad broke down. He posted a farewell message to his wife and attempted to take his own life. He survived after being taken to the hospital.

Saleheh Akbari was not armed.
She was not a terrorist.
She was a medical professional trying to save wounded people.

And for that, she was murdered.

Even after her death, the men of the Islamic Republic did not stop abusing her.

This is the Islamic Republic.

This is the root of evil in our world.

Police Bullet Left Me Paralysed, Shattered My Dreams — Ibadan Poly Graduate

On August 16, 2021, Nurudeen Azeez says his life changed forever after he was allegedly hit by a police bullet while returning home. The Ibadan Polytechnic graduate said he had just arrived from Lagos and was heading to his apartment on a motorcycle when he suddenly heard a gunshot and realised he had been shot.

According to Nurudeen, the officer who allegedly shot him asked him to stand up, but he was unable to move. He said the officers left the scene, and it was passersby, along with a colleague who recognised him, that came to his rescue. He says the incident left him paralysed and shattered the dreams he had worked so hard to build.

For 9 months, your body grows an entirely new organ, an organ with one job keeping your baby alive. It delivers oxygen, nutrients, hormones, filters waste and connects two completely different circulatory systems without ever mixing your blood. Then, minutes after your baby is born that organ detaches from the wall of your uterus, and when it does, it leaves behind a wound roughly the size of a dinner plate. About 10 cm across, that is why you bleed after birth, because your body is healing a wound. At the same time, your uterus, which stretched enough to hold an entire baby, is working around the clock to shrink back down to its pre pregnancy size. Those after pains you're feeling those contractions, they are your uterus, squeezing itself smaller while compressing hundreds of open blood vessels to stop the bleeding. Now imagine this. If you had a wound that size anywhere else, on your body, on your arm, on your leg, your back, would anyone expect you to be back at work in a week? Would anyone expect you you to entertain visitors? Cook meals, carry a baby day and night smile for photos and get your body back, of course not. You'd probably be in the hospital on a drip. People would tell you to rest up. They'd expect weeks of recovery, yet when that exact wound is hidden inside your body, the world acts as though you should be back to normal almost immediately. 6 weeks later, you go for your postpartum, check up. Many women think it's a milestone that says, wow, you've recovered. It isn't. It's simply checking whether the bleeding has stopped, whether the placental wound has healed and whether your uterus is recovering as expected. It is not a certificate that says your body, brain, hormones, identity or even nervous system have all returned to normal. So if you've ever been wondering, why haven't I bounced back yet? Here's the better question why were you ever expected to bounce back from something this enormous in the first place? Your body is recovering from one of the most extraordinary healing processes a human being can experience. Give yourself some time and space to recover.
