Worth clarifying: most "tokenized stocks" so far were just synthetics with no real rights. The only ones with full rights today are issued via Superstate, an SEC-registered transfer agent. But right now it's permissioned & KYC-gated, so it feels like buying through a TradFi broker with worse UX - something we (Solana devs) need to change
