@aetna Aetna wants my husband to get an x-ray for his torn bicep rather than the MRI his doctor recommended. Raise your hand if you don't know that x-rays are for dense, hard materials like bones. Aetna, raise your hand.
@AetnaHelp @ My husband tore his right bicep during hockey. We know what it's like since he tore his left bicep a few years ago. Aetna has denied the MRI and, therefore, any medical care, despite an appeal from an orthopedic doctor. His bicep is on the side of his arm!!!!
@Aetna My husband tore his right bicep playing hockey. Aetna won't approve an MRI or a visit with a surgeon despite a referral from an Orthopedic doctor. Apparently, having your bicep slip down to the side of your arm is no cause for concern. Why should we buy insurance?
@Apple I took my Apple laptop in for a battery replacement. They shipped it to a depot which didn’t have batteries and doesn’t know when it will. After 13 days, Apple says they can’t return the Mac and I can call on day 25 when they will do “something” because legally the have to
@Apple This is after 9 hours on the phone with@Apple and multiple promises to return my laptop. Now they are saying they shouldn’t have promised all the did over 9 hours and 13 days. I will get my laptop when I get it, even if it takes months. And there is nothing I can do about it.
Does anyone else see that @vionic has run their quality into the ground? Were they bought by private equity? Can someone else explain why they no longer care about product quality?
I will never shop @Nordstrom ever again. Trying to reach out to a regular personal shopper is almost impossible. It's like they don't want you to shop with them.
