The first week of the trial the state was telling the jurors it was a lousy fake attempt to take her life. Weak arguments- poorly presented. But yes, she’s definitely guilty.

It’s THE most important part to reiterate in any case. Dont let either counsel manipulate the facts you heard- you are to discern what is true and what is not- and you are NOT to deem the defendant guilty unless the state PROVES it beyond a reasonable doubt.

@chigalfifi @JVogtGaming Typically the prosecution does get the final word as they’re the ones bringing forth charges. I’ve also seen the state go first, then defense goes, then state rebuttals as final word.
