@Missguided_help The shop gave me a receipt and scanned my Hermes barcode so how do I re-return it? I'm not reopening the packaging I'm keeping it as it is I just want to send it back and to be refunded

@Missguided_help I returned my parcel through Hermes and its been delivered back to me because the shop I dropped it at didn't cross out my original delivery label. I don't want the parcel hence why I returned it, can you guarantee that when I re-return it I will be refunded
