FATAL BAR SHOOTING … A bouncer, David Mbinda, known as the Lion, died on Saturday at a local hospital following a shooting incident at Kambwa Bar on Omongo Street, Wanaheda, on Friday night. The police say Mbinda was shot after a quarrel over a N$30 entrance fee, which the suspect reportedly refused to pay. The verbal fight escalated into a physical confrontation. The suspect has been arrested, a firearm was confiscated and police investigations continue. Family spokesperson Nas Kamati has confirmed the incident.

Customers entrust banks with their hard-earned money on the expectation that it will be protected.
