@teamanguyhaha2@JuoPosts A mix of both that attention seeking and hate for themselves will negatively affect them for life. And is negatively affecting people's lives.
They breakdown when someone misgenders them, and struggle to want to live through adulthood.
Why would you want to teach that.
@teamanguyhaha2@JuoPosts The existence of transgender people doesn't need to be taught to kids; it's not something they really need to know about.
People born trans will be trans, kids taught they could be trans will be taught to hate themselves. Or seek attention depending on how pampered they are.
@ProjectLiberal@QristoffC Still had tariffs on America, the don't like when America suddenly stops being a net benefit for everyone else, because then they can't keep promoting identity politics, while their economy floats off the back of the American dollar.
@GI_Sexuality@JuoPosts Because that's not how you help them, teach them that these feelings aren't normal, and help them find ways to help themelves early on. Confusing them only worsens gender dysphoria.
The only people helping should be the parent, and it should be with nurture not indoctrination.
@teamanguyhaha2@JuoPosts It doesn't stem from hatred, it's confusing kids that aren't born trans into thinking they are and messing with their already vulnerable brains.
It's especially bad when it's done for attention, because they are raised to treat trans ideology with attention seeking behaviour.
@Sneaky_Jess@obolloj@SteveJ111@draconicguy6969@nyaraVT Possible success is worth it because it's death or death if caught.
apply that to a border you'll see numbers like 46k into the uk drop to less than 10.
Also let me say this clearly, death is the strongest deterrent it is not a guaranteed stop entirely.
Nothing is 100%
@Sneaky_Jess@obolloj@SteveJ111@draconicguy6969@nyaraVT But police mistakes are a small price to pay for law and order, we can only do everything in our power to reduce the amount of mistakes. And hold those accountable when accountable with body cams.
No officer wants to go into work and shoot someone if they don't have to.
@Sneaky_Jess@obolloj@SteveJ111@draconicguy6969@nyaraVT The point I've been getting across is you would absolutely have more death, and it's just lying to yourself if you can't see that, we trade 1000 civilian deaths by police, to 10s of thousands, if not more.
Police make mistakes, this doesn't overlook that. Corruption is real.
@Sneaky_Jess@obolloj@SteveJ111@draconicguy6969@nyaraVT It doesn't though, less police stops actually raises the homicide rate, temperature doesn't.
Or does everyone charged with possession of an illegal firearm actually not intend to use it or sell it to someone who uses it?
@Sneaky_Jess@obolloj@SteveJ111@draconicguy6969@nyaraVT Even using higher counts of 31, protest associated deaths roughly 1/7th of 0.5% of that yearβs homicides. Subtracting them from the national total, changes nothing meaningful. The vast majority of 2020 homicides were ordinary criminal killings unrelated to the protests.
@Sneaky_Jess@obolloj@SteveJ111@draconicguy6969@nyaraVT That's the number of homicides happening in the protest itself. The rest of the deaths happened in cities and areas where the policing was lowered, because it was focussed on the protest
ACLED has the data, and there were only 25 homicides tied to the protest itself so it's less
@Sneaky_Jess@obolloj@SteveJ111@draconicguy6969@nyaraVT What are you not getting? 11 million people starving, millions dying of starvation, only 100 attempts to escape. Many have death both ways, but they still choose to starve than to even attempt certain death.
If that deterrent was at any border crossings would be near 0.
@T4TWitchSlvt@JuoPosts Anyone who doesn't think we should exist is wrong. But telling people they're wrong and trying to control peoples thoughts is how we wound up with this problem.
World is better if we just respect each others boundaries.
I wish people could live how they want.
@T4TWitchSlvt@JuoPosts And I didn't say you did, there's just people out there that do, and it makes me feel icky.
Mainly because of how vulnerable a developing brain is, part of why we have people treating death as an escape is because they grew up convinced it was.
The right to exist is ours.
