– 1 month waiting for the start of theme review
– 1 week for the first round of revisions
– Than 2 months, and we're still waiting for @Shopify to begin the second round out of 5😓

@blanklob Depends on your core competencies. Personally, I choose Apps because Theme Development is more about design and implementation (front-end). Apps development in most cases requires great programming skills (backend).
