Communities have many legitimate concerns about data centers. To dismiss millions of Americans as people who just want to be “backwards and poor” shows how out of touch Trump has become.
This guy is so big into the razzle dazzle. When it comes to stuff like this, he's much more of a showbiz-type politician than even Trump. Much more of a guy who embodies the fusion of politics and entertainment, in the way the 20th century media philosophers said was inevitable.
