@AmericanAir AA98 090522 ORD/LHR. Failed Level of Service for fully purchased business seat. On late boarding wheelchair pax told seat 4H not reclining but could be moved to prem econ. No suggestion of other alternative. Full compensation needed. No way to treat ANY pax.😞

@helendennis80 I believe there is enough ammo in the current policies to reject this awful proposal; as you say, we need housing; but we need looked-for max 50%, (if not the min 35%), affordable homes. If 2 much paid 4 site developer must bite bullet, NOT local community!
