The Honourable Speaker of Parliament thanks the EU Election Observaion Mission Deputy Chief Observer for receiving the requested 160 Final Reports of the Mission. They will be distributed to each Member of the Parliament.

Electoral Analyst Vania Anguelova meets with Lesotho National Federation of Organisations of the Disabled. The Mission sees that special measures for persons with disabilities should be introduced to improve their access to campaign and voter information materials.

and Hope. Many of the Mission's recommendations deal with the way political parties campaign. The Mission highlights, among other things, the need for political parties' campaign spending caps. The Mission also recommends that the period of political campaigning be respected.
