This is significant and deeply worrying for Scotland.

EU citizens used to account for 50% of 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 population growth and with deaths (including COVID) exceeding births in Scotland PG now entirely depends on migration, which has been declining ever since Brexit.

NEVER forget that @Scotgov's lawyers spent a year arguing legal clarity regarding a non Sec30 referendum wasn't needed b/c it was a purely 'hypothetic' consideration.

Within 24h after the hearing, @Feorlean published his '11pt plan' stating a non-Sec30 ref was scotgov's plan B.
