@diamondhandjs There are guided meditations on youtube that teaches you what to do, after the first few times you can just play the music and do it yourself. Or just use apps like Calm.

@diamondhandjs Sleep at roughly the same time every day, meditate with sleep meditation music to help fall asleep, less blue light leading to sleep time, lower room/body temp when sleeping, and get an Oura ring to track your sleep to see where it can be improved

@diamondhandjs They called me and asked if I had done any crypto txns (all were FPS thru Binance otc). I said no, they said ok, a few weeks later they closed my account with no reason. But I barely used that acc for anything else, so no activity
