@LGUSSupport I am requesting either you pay the contractor for the compressor or if by Friday this has not been resolved and I have to pay for it , you will have to reimburse me. I can provide copies of all docs that support my 2019 date of purchase. Thank you.
@LGUSSupport I have all these documents that prove that my fridge is only 7 years old and therefore the compressor warranty must be honored. I have an LG technician coming on Friday to repair my fridge and change the compressor. I can not continue waiting more time.
@LGUSSupport purchased the LG plan on May 20, 2021 which unfortunately I forgot to renew when it lapsed in 2024. I also have purchased the water filters and air filters since then more than ten times every 6 months which proves my 2019 date of purchase
@LGUSSupport I do not know why Sears would print the sales ticket the way they did but that’s not on me. Also I purchased a 5 year In-Home Master Protection at the same time which I cancelled in May 2020 after getting an LG 3 year protection plan.
@LGUSSupport my fridge stopped cooling last Saturday and when I contacted LG they are saying g that my fridge is past the ten year warranty on the compressor and that’s what I do not understand. I have the ticket with the date that I purchased it but it does not show the model #
