@maccoinnich The infra to support that model was fascinating to me. AFAIK, each small store is like a holding area for larger stores. The turnover on produce was higher too because smaller fridges at home. It was like the pub was ext. of your living room, these stores were ext. of your fridge

Very excited for this trial. While hours worked is still a tricky and terrible way to translate value, this (hopefully) continues the conversation on more effective work and strategies on how to work across a swathe of industries.
