Police officers involved in the George Floyd case were convicted and sent to prison.

Derek Chauvin got the longest: 22 and a half years in state court for murder, plus 21 years federally for civil rights violations, served together, so he’s still locked up until around 2037.

Henry Nowak was unresponsive, presumably dead, as police read him his rights after false allegations of racism from his murderer.

They cuffed him, and dragged him, as he drowned in his own blood, desperately telling them he had been stabbed and couldn’t breathe.
