Benn moved for Gafford is a huge deal to get done.
Getting Djj moved for Peyton next would make this offseason an A++
When healthy:
Garland, BI, Peyton, Rui, Yanic
Wagler, Dunn, Kobe, Baba, Gafford
Miller, Cam, Dick, Jackson, Lopez
This is not a bad roster at all moving forward.
Peyton Watson may have the highest potential on the Clippers roster.
Peyton Watson right now is a mix of elite defense and elite three-point shooting but he’s not just a traditional 3-and-D player. His ability to attack the paint, pass, and score at all three levels makes him a true well-rounded threat.
At worst, I can see him being a Jaden McDaniels variant. McDaniels is an all-defensive level defender that can shoot the ball well while averaging 15 points. Watson is expecting a contract similar to McDaniel’s as well which is near 28 million per year. If McDaniel’s is capable of getting this contract, I believe it should be a no-brainer to sign (or trade for) Watson for this type of money considering his much higher offensive upside.
“Along side Peyton Watson, the LA Clippers also have their eyes on Spencer Jones from the Denver Nuggets. Nuggets are currently in a difficult cap situation which puts clippers in Prime position to acquire both young Wings”

The LA Clippers have signed 7’5” center Jamarion Sharp to a two-way contract, per @MikeAScotto.
He won DPOY of last year’s G-League season while averaging 4.1 BPG. He averaged 2.8 BPG in just 18 MPG in his five games played during the 2026 Summer League.
