Thanks to a couple of generous readers, we now have some further examples of egregiously deaccessioned books to give away: these things belong in the hands of people who will actually cherish them. First up is Eduard Fraenkel’s copy of Verrall’s Agamemnon, which he inscribed to his guru J.D. Beazley. It contains a roughly 70-page manuscript of his notes for his infamous Oxford Seminars. If you can read old-fashioned German handwriting (clearly librarians can't...) then do take a look!
