Breaking: The 7th Circuit (2-1) upholds a lower court ruling that Title VII does not require a school to give a religious accommodation to a teacher who refuses to use proper first names for trans students. A retaliation claim alleged by the teacher also fails.
BREAKING: In a 7-2 ruling, the Supreme Court has rejected an effort by West Virginia to block a 12-year-old transgender girl from continuing to participate in school sports with her peers.
