Investor phycology is at an interesting point; no need to hold cash when everything is going up. Buy the dip mentality, but the dips are just normal variance.

Timing is almost impossible to pinpoint, but believe cash is infinitely more valuable right now than any upside.

Could be tomorrow, could be in years, but at some point the idea of having no cash and being all in risk will not be the norm. Dip buyers will be punished, phycology will change; this will take time. Years of conditioning that inflation means: don't hold cash, will bite them.
