i also put sriracha and then mix it all up and i have this seaweed snack that i tear into pieces and put on top and use the rest to wrap the rice & tuna up (the seaweed snack is 18 cals)
yall if u wanna suppress your appetite just have basmati rice, a whole tin of spring water tuna and 100g of 0% fat greek yoghurt w a garlic & onion & peer seasonings
