If you're one of the 18,528 people who thought you could buy germ-killing Kleenex wipes on Amazon from a bookstore in northern California, I have bad news for you. Our Amazon third party seller account was taken over by hackers who sold fraudulent products and bilked customers

We still don't quite know how it happened, perhaps a phishing scheme. What we know is that hackers had control of our email and Amazon account for about three days before we discovered it. And we have tight security and pay outside consultants to help keep our systems safe.
