@Babygravy9 The picture is getting better for sure, no doubt about it.
If you look closely,in every ai generated video there’s this almost unnatural sense of time. As if events were unfolding with this slight akward slowness or delay
@norbertbodziony A lot of people are announcing events like that on Twitter but other than that you can monitor Luma app for any upcoming events in Waw.
@Hesamation It won't completely wipe HR, it will just massively reduce count and boost efficiency to the moon.
AI in HR works the best as a support role.
Maybe in a few year when we have "AGI" level Ai we can fantasize about replacing them entirely... imo
We have chatgpt since 2022 and the HR community haven't thought of anything other than write posts on LinkedIn about how they are 'Implementing the latest AI' by letting it rewrite JDs.
Recruiting can benefit from the right use of AI a lot but most recruiters aren't technical people themselves. Given the best tools - they won't do anything, looking at the 2026 market most big company still use legacy tech that still screens candidates using regex matching.
They just need better shit built for them...
and it's for the good, HR & recruiting is fundamentally fucked up.
hiring in 2026 is a mess. People spam chatgpt generated resumes left and right.
recruiters have 800+ CVs in their inbox on moday which they can't physically read so they just plow it all through a 2010 ATS that is essentially a CTR+F keyword search tool.
people are crying that there are 'ghost roles' and it's impossible to get an interview
recruiters are crying that there's a 'talent shortage'
well, no shit....
@Hesamation Nobody is building for that industry because it’s boring. TA are one of the most unbearable people to sell to that’s why most are not surviving until success
@hrswatigupta This framework applies to everything, especially resumes.
A messy input = messy output, no matter what AI tool you use.
We built our entire screening engine on this 'Logic First' principle.
