@psyculturists Absolutely. In therapy, anything which imprints upon a client means there is therapeutic value in that thing. Whether that's seeing yourself in a character or idealizing a relationship, this supplies us with context and a direction to where potential growth areas can be found.

@GenePark Completely agree. It's hard to find a space to talk about mental health that's not all the way to the level of therapy but is still reputable. Myself and another therapist colleague stream sometimes to hopefully help with that, but I do wish the regular channels were simpler too.

Which is quite bold to make us draw on something that doesn't really exist and no one has ever heard before as a point of comparison. I think that's what makes Dune's writing so fun to unpack, but that's also what can make it kind of obtuse at the same time.

I learn more towards it being purposeful. There are times where he'll describe a character's voice as sounding like an untuned balistet, a fictional instrument in Dune's universe.

@DanDrambles And then so many of these projects that blatantly steal IP/artwork just default to hiding behind the "it's on the blockchain now, we can't remove it" as the excuse (once anyone does come after them). No dignity and no personal responsibility to it at all.

@LateNightHalo @Hyper_Falcon Completely agree with you. While callbacks in previous 343 games felt like crutches, in Infinite they feel more subtextual. Cortana's whole dialogue with Chief at the end is basically an apology to the fans and the franchise itself, and a promise for a new beginning. I loved it.

@RipMcStudly @jasonschreier You can actually change your look at any time a bit later, so don't worry too much about it! It gives you the entire character creator too, not just a few options.

As for your class, those are just starting stats, you can always shift things around later too.

@game_obscure One of the most unique games I've played! Like if Resident Evil were a turn-based RPG. Great aesthetic, excellent writing, and super dark and weird. The tone reminded me of a lot of Drakengard. Still trying to get @ottomandias to play it 😜

@dark1x Sorry to hear that John. Whenever I have that kind of creative brain fog I turn to freewriting. Just stream of conscious typing without stopping for corrections. Even if what I'm writing is nonsense, it can help to unclog the mind and sometimes a good idea slips out of it.
