CLARITY Act Draft Nears Senate Release
A new version of the Digital Asset Market CLARITY Act could be released as soon as next week, according to sources.
The updated draft reportedly combines work from the Senate Banking and Agriculture Committees. Negotiators are still seeking Democratic support before a potential floor vote later this month.
Consumer protections are expected to receive greater emphasis.
