@Iberia_en flight 6300 SJU to madrid last minute plane change. Downgrade to coach class after bought a Premium class. Very disappointed to the clerks at the counter. No refund at the counter have to call customer service.

@UberEats very disappointed, entered wrong delivery address and the app doesn’t allow to cancel the order. @UberEats charge full for@the order. Called Support and the answer was to update the app. Not customer support oriented and no food, but got a charge in my cc
