@chrismorgaph2r5 I get where you're coming from. Stockport has a decent amount of firepower up top. We'll need to be solid in defence for starters and hope Cozier-Duberry or Cissoko have one of those magic spells. Certainly don't expect it to be easy for us.
@superwanderer94 We played well first half and patches of the second half. A long way to go, with players to come back from injuries and I imagine another striker will be brought in.
@OldManWinter999 Darby benefited from players raising their game after Evatt's departure. Something that happens commonly with interim coaches. It's going to take some time for us to perform consistently better long-term.
@drac_uk What other choice do fans have? The board aren't going to sack him at the moment, yet the players still need supporting. I don't agree that it should be toxic. It's that sort of behaviour that escalates to "fans" making death threats to the manager.
@kc87bw@cplusnumbers It was 24,518 for the play-off against Barnsley in May. Barnsley didn't bring many today, though there were definite gaps in our upper tiers from what I could see.
@Neil19507298 The investment they put into the playing squad in the summer suggests ambition and getting 20,000 in League One isn't a money maker for the owners. We still lose millions each season.
@BwfcFans I can't see anything changing. Evatt won't walk and the club aren't going to sack him (the financial cost of him & back room staff) when we're 3 points off 4th.
@ItsMintUpNorth@CameronJeromeFC I agree. In my opinion it's worth having a different style from the norm. It only lasts one season anyways, so I don't see the harm. Personally I would like the 3rd option for the new season, but wouldn't be shocked if fans vote for the middle one.
@Matt_Y_85 Not sure about that. Evatt isn't without fault, but statistically speaking he's improved league position every year of his managerial career to date. I couldn't see Wellens with the injuries we had to key players in the run-in go ahead of Portsmouth or Derby.
@RyanBWFC846 A few months ago we had our top goalscorer and first team goalkeeper available. We've also lost our 2nd top scorer (Big Vic) since then. Injuries have played their part in our recent struggles.
