@oblivion_summer shimmering animations is just the shader lol. I guess you can attach multiple balloons to your character. It's in 1.21.1 fabric but it's my own mod hahahaha

Crap! ever since I started drawing, the people in some server I was originally in has surpassed me by miles in #blender NPR. I'll stop posting for a while for this reason lol. Btw, this is the best 3D model I have ever made imo which was in 2024! Try guessing this character lol.
