@cyclingontnt The most impressive thing about this might be philipsen giving 99.7% instead of 100% to come in second but not take away MVDP’s moment. Just unreal awareness and control from him to give his teammate the glory.
A lot of brown people talk to me like "haha we are winning, you are losing!"
Nah bro, everyone's losing, especially you.
If you "win," the biggest losers are still going to be you. You're going to be in Hell forever with no one to save you.
You are all going to end up right back where you started, but without any of us left to give you free wealth out of misguided pity.
What do you think you're winning, exactly? Do you think you get to keep our stuff when we're gone? I know this is too hard for a lot of brown brains, but stuff goes away over time. You're not going to be able to replace the stuff we created.
Everything we have takes a huge amount of maintenance and cooperation. You people are really fucking bad at that. We built railroads in a lot of your countries and you literally just let them turn into rust.
That is what you do.
We have better stuff because we are always growing things and mining things and gathering things and coordinating things and figuring out new ways to put things together.
None of you know how to do any of that. If you knew how to do it, you would do it where you already live. You wouldn't need to move to where we live. For our stuff.
Take a moment. Imagine what you think you're going to have when we're gone. Cities? Cars? Homes? Boats? Jobs? Roles in Hollywood movies?
Why would those things exist after we no longer exist? Where are they going to come from?
Do you really think there's going to be, like, a black tech company in America once white people are gone? Why aren't there any in africa?
Why aren't there any in Baltimore? All the stuff white people made was still there. Where did it go? What did the blacks do with it?
Oh, yeah. Rust.
Do you really think that Microsoft and Adobe are better when you fill them with Indians and fire all the white guys?
Why is there no Microsoft or adobe in india? What just happened to IBM recently? Rust.
All of the shit that you want to steal from us cannot be stolen. It only exists because it is "the way that white people do things." You cannot do things the way that white people do things because you are not white. You cannot take what we have because you cannot be what we are.
If you take everything we have, as you say you plan to do, it will immediately turn into the same things that you already have, because that is what you are. That is what you do.
And there will be absolutely nowhere to go to find anything better, because there will be no one left who can make it.
You all say you want to move to the West. Imagine there's nowhere to move.
"The West" is us. It's our bodies. Not yours. It's wherever we live.
Without us, you will look at the hell you have created, and you will envy us once more for not being alive to see it.
You cannot win. You can either stay where you are and look at what we have from far away, or you can remove it from the Earth and have nothing to hope for ever again.
Global africa.
Global india.
Global mexico.
You will envy the dead.
Forever!
My takeaways from the super mountain stage weekend 👇🏼
1. We should not act as if nothing has happened
Yes, I am talking about those inhuman doping controls at 2 am and 5 am. How is that even legal? In no other sports would they dare to wake up the biggest stars in the middle of the night with a test that can be made the same in the morning with the same result.
And yes, as Pogi hinted in the interview, I believe it too, that it could definitely be one of the reasons for the crash. The coincidence happening exactly a day after that interrupted sleep is just too big.
Studies on athletes show that even partial sleep restriction slows reaction time, reduces attention, and impairs decision-making.
And we shouldn’t act as if nothing happened. These kinda night tests shouldn’t be allowed when sleep is the biggest point of recovery, especially between two hard mountain stages. #TDF2026
@BenNollWeather Braindead “liberal” politicians in third world countries like canada do more harm to the atmosphere by failing to manage their forests than the entire fossil fuel industry on earth collectively in 2026.
dont talk to me about data centers and water usage if youre not also calling to imprison the entire canadian parliament for causing 100 years of air pollution in one week with poor forest management
“Liberal” politicians in third world polities like canada & california do more damage to the environment by purposefully failing to maintain their fucking forests than the entire fossil fuel industry cumulatively on Earth. Visibility currently <2 miles at PIT from canada’s smoke.
Erling Haaland put Brazil out of a World Cup on Sunday night. Here is everything that went into the body that did it, across one ordinary day.
He wakes and the first thing he does is get daylight into his eyes. Not a phone, not a coffee, sunlight, on purpose, for the circadian rhythm. Then filtered water. He will not drink it out of the tap.
Breakfast is eggs on sourdough and a coffee with raw milk stirred through it. He reckons coffee done right, with a little raw milk in it, is close to a superfood. Alongside it, a glass of the milk on its own.
On the way to training he detours to a sixteen-cow farm in Cheshire and buys the milk at the gate, because you cannot get it in a shop. Some of it gets blended with kale and spinach into the green stuff he calls his magic potion, and that rides shotgun to the training ground.
Lunch is oily fish. Sea bass, salmon, mackerel, with rice. Dinner is where the plate turns medieval. Tomahawk, ribeye, short ribs, and then the bit that broke the internet: beef heart and beef liver, the two most nutrient-dense foods on earth, eaten by choice. Raw honey. More milk.
The papers love the 6,000-calorie figure. He waves it off and says he doesn't count. He just eats real food until he's done and goes and scores.
What's on the plate:
- Beef heart and beef liver, by choice, from the butcher
- Tomahawk, ribeye, short ribs, the fattier the better
- Eggs, most mornings, on sourdough
- Salmon, mackerel, sea bass
- Raw milk, by the glass, in the coffee, blended with greens
- Raw honey
- Butter, rice, sourdough
- His dad's lasagne before every home game. A kebab pizza once a year, if he's lucky
What never touches it:
- Seed oils
- Fizzy drinks
- Alcohol, near enough none
- Protein powders and processed supplements. Not one
- Ultra-processed anything
- Tap water. He filters it
The official guidance spent fifty years telling you to fear that plate. The best striker alive built it on purpose and is knocking the five-time champions out of a World Cup with it.
Joe Rogan is stunned after Yellowstone creator Taylor Sheridan exposes how vegans lied about almond milk being healthy and good for the environment:
SHERIDAN: “It takes 19 gallons of water to make just one almond.”
ROGAN: “😂😂😂 That’s ridiculous is that real?”
SHERIDAN: “Yeah it’s real it takes 1900 gallons of water per pound of almonds. It’s nuts.”
ROGAN: “My doctor told me almonds aren’t even good for you.”
SHERIDAN: “Almond milk isn’t really even almond milk. It’s actually almond juice and then we add a ton of sugar to it and call it almond milk.”
ROGAN: “That’s why it tastes good. My doctor told me I had high oxalates from eating too many almonds which can cause kidney stones.”
SHERIDAN: “Huh that’s interesting.”
ROGAN: “There’s a lot of foods that are high in oxalates that people have no idea about. I used to do these kale smoothies thinking it was healthy, but I was just blasting my body with oxalates.”
SHERIDAN: “Have some eggs and bacon bro. It’s healthier for you.”

In a sentence, it’s money that can’t be fucked with by anyone including governments and it’s the only fixed supply anything we’ve ever had.
