@JoyAnnReid I used to be part of a cult. I'm no longer part of that cult, thanks in great part to non-cult connections helping me question the undue influence I was under.
For those still riding the Trump train, it might be time to rethink where it's really heading! It is NOT where you think.
Here's some warning signs of undue influence I highly encourage you to be mindful of at this time ๐จ
1. Isolation from Friends and Family: Destructive cults want to distance from your family and trusted friends. If you find yourself pulling away from loved ones and only trusting information from one source, it's a red flag.
2. Us vs. Them Mentality: Viewing those outside your group as enemies (Unhuman is the name of book JD Vance endorsed) indicates dangerous influence. People deserve to always be thought of as people. Not vermin or other such descriptions.
3. Absolute, blind Loyalty: If questioning or criticizing your leader or group feels like a betrayal, you are in trouble. Get away!
4. Fear and Guilt Tactics: Feeling constant fear or guilt is not healthy! What about joy? Hope? Optimism? If you have been questioning its beliefs and thinking of leaving the group, I suggest a test. Take a time out. Stay off your phone and contact for a week or two and see how you feel. Think about things.
5. Consider reading critical books by established, credentialed experts. Seek out former members, especially people who had access to high ups.
If a person or a group or an ideology is legitimate, it should stand up to scrutiny! Use your intelligence to evaluate, not your feelings or your ego. People have the right and ability to change their minds. Fear of rejection or harassment towards those who have left? Danger sign indicating social control. Become a heroic resistor!
Share this with your friends and family to spread this extremely important and pressing message!
I intend to skin this w inspiration from Miller's 300, 1963's Horus Lord of Light, and OG Battlestar Galactica. #ValleyOfThePharaohs#ttrpg#osr https://t.co/RvTWTmQj1f
High blood levels of niacin, otherwise known as vitamin B3, are linked to an increased risk of heart attack or stroke. This may be because excess niacin, which is routinely added to fortified food and taken as a supplement, inflammes blood vessels. https://t.co/T5TSf3msTf
Undisciplined by the threat of competition, regulation, or unilateral modification by users, companies are free to enshittify their products. But what does that actually *look like*? I say that enshittification is always precipitated by a lost argument.

My ultimate bucket list ambition as a cartoonist is to get to draw the Prince Valiant strip for awhile. I am pretty sure I could lock down the original Hal Foster look.
With the final episode having aired, it's safe to proclaim #ReservationDogs an all-timer, one of the best TV shows I've ever seen.
Already looking forward to rewatching all three seasons.
