Your property rights are at risk.
In this video, I explain why this is the case and what Conservatives are doing to fight back to protect homeowners.

Earlier today I reached out to @KerryLynneFindl to congratulate her on her historic win, and also to wish her the wisdom, judgement, and fortitude required to chart a path ahead that best delivers on the potential of B.C., to the benefit of all.
I have also reached out to @NVanCaroline@PeterMilobar and @yuri_fulmer wishing them well as life returns to something resembling “normal” in the days ahead.
As I have said often in the last six months, it was a privilege to take part in the competition.
While last night was not the outcome we hoped for, I am tremendously proud of my team, the hundreds of volunteers, the members I met along the way, and the campaign we ran.
I want to thank my family, my campaign team, and every volunteer who gave their time, energy, and belief to this effort.
I am proud of the True Blue Conservative values we stood for throughout this campaign, and I wish the party success in the important work ahead.
I am forever grateful.
What an incredible journey.
When I launched this campaign on January 15, I did so with hope, optimism, and a deep belief in the future of British Columbia.
Since then, I have travelled to every corner of this province - meeting with members, community leaders, elected officials, volunteers, seniors, families, and so many British Columbians who are ready for change.
Everywhere I went, one message was clear: experience matters. It matters because B.C. needs serious leadership, real solutions, and a plan to restore hope, prosperity, and opportunity.
That is why I put forward my Five-Point Premier’s Plan - including a 20% personal income tax cut, a plan to get the books in order, and a clear plan to get our economy growing again so you, your family, and your community can prosper.
As we head into election night this evening, I am deeply grateful to the members of this party and proud of the true blue conservative values we have showcased across British Columbia.
Together, we can - and we will - get B.C. back on track.
Liberals voted today against protecting private property rights in Canada.
This is a step backwards for reconciliation, certainty, and trust in this country. Strong property rights are foundational for homeowners, small businesses, and Indigenous economic development alike.
North Van–Capilano deserves an MP who will defend them. @specurran

I am ready to be Premier.
Because experience matters.
Leadership is more than slogans and social media posts. It takes judgment, responsibility, and real solutions that give people hope and confidence again.
I have served as an MLA, in cabinet, and on Treasury Board. I know what it takes to make tough decisions, respect taxpayers, and deliver results.
That experience matters to you and your family. It means lower taxes, safer communities, stronger services, more jobs, and a government that understands the real pressures people are facing every day.
I am ready to lead this party, unite this party, win the next election, and get BC back on track.
And one important reminder: to vote in this leadership race, you must be verified. The deadline is tonight at 11:59 pm.
Get verified. Make your voice count. For help on voter verification, please visit - https://t.co/zl4qthWiHV
There is nothing accidental or random about this. David Eby knows the NDP internal polling:
Leading a strong and united B.C. Conservative Party into the next election, Iain Black will defeat the NDP, no matter the leader the NDP offers up to B.C. voters.
It’s also why the NDP issued a news release the day Iain Black launched his campaign in January, criticizing his support for the tax cuts that had British Columbians paying the lowest taxes in Canada.
No other candidate had such a news release issued by the NDP, because no other candidate is more electable in a General Election.
No other candidate poses such a clear and present threat to the NDP Government.
The NDP is worried about Iain Black, and for good reason.
I want to cut your taxes - and it’s a key part of my Five-Point Premier’s Plan that people across British Columbia are responding to.
We need to get the economy moving again by restoring certainty for major projects, creating jobs, attracting investment, and bringing confidence back to B.C.
Most importantly, make sure you get verified to vote so you can cast your ballot.
When the time comes, I would be grateful for your #1 spot on the ballot and appreciative of your consideration for your #2 spot as well.
Please visit https://t.co/EOVTTyTspV for more details on my Five-Point Premier’s Plan - and together, let’s get B.C. back on track.
Eby says Canada shouldn’t reward “bad behaviour” while opposing pipelines and tanker access needed to move B.C. resources to global markets.
You can’t brag about critical minerals, natural resources, and projects while blocking the infrastructure needed to export them. #bcpoli
It cannot be the case that the projects that get prioritized in Canada are those where a Premier threatens to leave the country.
Next week, I’ll be meeting with the Prime Minister to bring him a list of projects we can work on for the benefit of all Canadians.
Wyatt, this coming from a OneBC activist is rich.
Iain did the honourable thing and defended Peter when he was being unfairly targeted. That’s called integrity.
You can disagree with him, but pretending he’s someone else’s puppet because he won’t play factional games is pure cope.
Not everyone is obsessed with backroom politics. Some people actually stand on principle.
Dividing people based on race is how David Eby won last time. I believe we are all equal.
When we defend our principles - equality for all - we can stand proud and demonstrate to British Columbians that we are ready to govern.
I'm ready to defeat David Eby and the NDP.
Let’s get B.C. back on track.
This leadership race is incredibly fluid and volatile, but as it stands, only Elliott, Findlay, and Black have a real shot at winning.
Fulmer’s early OneBC momentum has faded, I highly doubt he retains those 12k new signups.
Milobar looked like the early safe pick but completely failed to break into Metro areas or excite the base.
Elliott is the perceived frontrunner. She hit the race first and fastest with her DRIPA rhetoric, but she hasn't locked up enough support for a 1st-ballot win, and there is a strong ABC sentiment brewing against her.
Findlay has surprised me. I didn't expect much early on, but she is showing major strength with the Big-C wing of the party and is peaking at exactly the right time.
Black (my pick) has a very real path to victory if he continues to lean into his experience and positions himself as the consensus 2nd/3rd choice.
Ultimately, it's anyone's guess how this actually ends.
Jonathan Wilkinson asked voters for another mandate just a year ago—turns out it was more of a short-term contract with a European exit clause.
Off to Brussels on the public dime, while constituents get a by-election. And we wonder why cynicism about politics keeps growing.
Meanwhile, I’m still here—ready to compete for the honour of serving this community, and actually see the job through. No exit clause. No backup posting. Just a commitment to stay and serve.
Canucks Sports & Entertainment is heartbroken by the sudden passing of John Garrett, a cherished member of our family whose loss is deeply felt across our entire organization and community.
We extend our heartfelt condolences to John’s family, friends, and all who knew and loved him. He will be deeply missed.
Forever a Canuck.

I’m proud to once again be the Conservative candidate for North Vancouver–Capilano.
It was an honour to run in 2025 and connect with so many in our community. I’m ready to keep building on that work.
Our region needs strong, effective representation—focused on affordability, safety, and common-sense solutions.
Let’s get to work.
