it's been a while since i've written out such a long post whew. had so many thoughts after reading his letter & no idea how to string them together. this guy rlly needs to stop tugging at my heartstrings.

heeseung's letters are always so beautiful & thoughtfully written but what never fails to make my heart squeeze in my chest is the consideration he holds towards evers. ☹️ even when admitting the times we spent separated from each other were just as difficult for him he's never once put his worries above ours. always thinking of how evers had it hard too when in truth he was the one who had it the hardest.

it's an overwhelming amount of humility to witness. . but it really brings me peace of mind to know he held onto the belief that we would always be there waiting at the end of the tunnel & that his music would meet its purpose of making people happy.

i truly do think this is the first time i've felt a love so reciprocal from an artist that inspires me and that's why simply feeling proud is an understatement. 🥹 witnessing him settle into this new era & already achieve so much fills my heart with so much warmth. i sincerely hope to stay by his side for as long as i can just to be able to repay all the love he so selflessly pours out.

someone as easy to love and genuine as heeseung deserves everything good this world has to offer. i seriously love him so much that oftentimes i don't even know what to do with it. thank you so much for choosing yourself. at the end of it all. . evers will always be there. ♡♥︎♡

HEESEUNG’S LONG AND THOUGHTFUL LETTER ON WEVERSE OH MY GOD 😭

🦌 ever! we’ve already passed our first digital single ride or die, and now we’re already here, right before the release of our first mini album!

today, receiving an award that holds such great meaning for both me and ever made this such a meaningful and happy moment for me. i’m truly so grateful.

to be honest, there were many difficult moments for me throughout the process of making this album, but as i kept working hard while imagining myself showing ever good songs, good stages, and good sides of myself, before i knew it, our first album was already right around the corner.

this is something ever will continue to hear from me, but evan’s motto is “let’s make many people happy through music.”

with that mindset at the forefront, as i immersed myself wholeheartedly in music, whether my body was tired or my heart was struggling, none of those things mattered anymore.

if there are moments that make ever feel happy, i’m ready to do anything for you..

while promoting as evan, i’ve faced so many different sides of myself, and whatever the emotion may have been, each one became an important moment for me and continued to help me grow further and higher. and at the end of it all, ever was always there.

when i was temporarily far away from ever, at a distance where i couldn’t contact you or reach you, i firmly believed that you would always be there. and at the end of trying to do my best with everything i could, there was ultimately ever waiting for me. i’m truly so glad.

of course, today’s award isn’t something given to me alone. it’s an award given to all of us.

i’m really looking forward to the journey ahead, and as i wait for the moment when ever comes toward me once again and our eyes meet, i’ll be working hard and preparing.

🦌 Hello, this is EVAN. It’s nice to meet you.

First of all, I’m truly grateful to receive such a valuable and meaningful award, the K-World DREAM Best All-Round Musician Award.

I’ve received quite a lot of awards over the years, but there are some people I haven’t had the chance to mention. Taehun, Yoonhyung, Gajoo, and Seongjin from my company BELIFT LAB, as well as so many other staff members who have supported and helped me along the way. I think I was able to receive this award because of all of them.

And above all, my EVERs, you always give me such a huge amount of love and support in return, and I think that has been a great source of inspiration for me.

I’ll prepare well for the new album coming this September and do my best to show you all a great side of myself. I’ll work hard to become the best artist worthyj of this award.
