The fact that Anthropic may take away subscription access to Fable in two weeks is weird & discourages investing in learning about the model.
Subscription use is how you figure out what the model is good for, since it allows experimentation. Only having paid access is limiting.
I’m coming to the conclusion that the biggest challenge for Enterprise AI, and AI in general , as of now, is that it’s still impossible to make sure that everyone gets the same answer to the same question, every time.
Which is a great response to the doomers. AI doesn’t know the consequences of its output.
Judgement and the ability to challenge AI output is becoming increasingly necessary, and valuable.
Which makes domain knowledge more valuable by the second.
Am I wrong ?
Every single person coding with AI right now:
> Get an idea at 11 PM.
> Build the entire app with Claude by 3 AM.
> Realize you actually have to talk to
humans to get sales.
> Panic and start a new project to avoid marketing.
Can we coin a term for whatever mental illness this is? 😭
Imagine the level of propaganda it took to make us believe that…
- fast food
- no marriage
- cubicles
- zoom mtgs
- pills for everything
- commuting
- no God
Is all normal.
You know that person on your team with AI Derangement Syndrome who won't stop talking about what AI could do for the business? They've already built three internal tools over the weekend and sent them to the team on Slack.
Whatever you do...don't shut them down.
Fund them. Get out of their way.
@jasonlk Vibe coding doesn't have to mean production grade applications. If I can vibe code my own personal apps, then I don't need your over-priced production grade anymore. You're thinking about it the wrong way.
