Hello X - I’m Evan Stein, Founder of ES Consulting.
We help founder-led and growing businesses break through operational bottlenecks, execute better, and reduce founder dependence.
The goal: a business that runs better without everything running through you.
Apparently, every business operator needs a mascot.
So I asked ChatGPT to create one based on what it knows about me.
Apparently, it thinks I’m a guy who likes better systems, better businesses and apparently, a golden retriever with sunglasses.
I’m not mad about it. 🐶😎
A new tool won’t fix a broken process.
It will just run the broken process faster.
That’s where an Operator/COO adds value:
→ Clarify how the work should actually happen.
→ Define who owns what.
→ Fix the handoffs.
→ Find the solution that makes the process easier.
ES Consulting is looking for U.S.-based Independent Business Development Partners.
Performance-based opportunity.
You bring the relationships/conversations. We bring the consulting solution.
Every business has constraints.
The hard part is knowing which one is holding you back.
The Operator Snapshot is a quick way to find out where to look first.

Revenue growth can make a bad business look healthy.
$10M in revenue with terrible margins, bad customers and uncontrolled overhead isn’t impressive.
It’s a bigger problem.
Revenue is not the scoreboard.
Cash flow and profit matter.
You can't have balance if you're trying to win big. Winning takes sacrifice, focus, and an obsession with the few things that actually move the needle. If you figure out your top 3 to 5 priorities and block out everything else, you're already playing a different game than most.
Your business doesn’t need another strategy session.
It needs someone to make the decision.
Then execute it.
Then measure it.
Then adjust.
Most companies aren’t suffering from a lack of strategy.
They’re suffering from organizational indecision.
