Never done anything like this before, but a local (Indianapolis-area) 18-year-old kid and HUGE Bills fan got gifted tickets for her birthday. Folks planned on driving to Buffalo for Sunday’s game, but the wheels fell off — figuratively and almost literally! Rental car broke down and they ended up stranded in Cleveland overnight — had to rent a U-Haul to get home. Missed the game and tickets went unused. Total fiasco. Screenshots attached.

Family doesn’t know I’m doing this. Input or help or even a retweet would be appreciated — I would be happy to put anyone that could help in touch with the family! Just trying to do right by a young NFL fan.
