There’s ways of talking about these issues that bring us together, but that’s not gonna come from President Biden or President Trump, because both of them feed on the polarization.

Both of them are saying, ‘the principal reason you should vote for me is if you vote for the other guy, democracy’s gonna be over.’

There’s no way, if that’s what you’re telling the public, that you’re gonna be capable of ending the polarization.”

In 2013, Americans under 35 were asked ‘are you proud of the United States of America?’ 85% said yes. The same poll taken four months ago, 18% said yes. We’ve lost a whole generation of kids who no longer believe in the United States of America and they no longer have hope for their own futures. That happened in the administrations of the last two presidents, a Republican and a Democrat.

The parties are responsible for what’s happening and we need to change direction.”

Important to remember no one lost any $$ here. Trump got a loan/paid it back. He gave his opinion on the value of the property he put up as collateral, the bank did its own valuation (they always do, they don't take your word for it) and gave him the loan. Bank made interest $$.
