The only legitimate argument for keeping Joe Schoen and Brian Daboll is, “We can’t keep firing coaches every 2-3 years.”

But let’s be real—Schoen has had the chance to pick his QB. If Daniel Jones was being forced on this regime, they’d have used the cheaper 5th-year option rather than tagging him. That move would’ve ended his contract before the 2024 season.

Schoen has consistently misevaluated the roster, misjudged the rebuild timeline, overpaid in free agency, and misread the market. Meanwhile, Daboll has let his COY award inflate his ego. His offense prioritizes his system over the team, refusing to adapt to personnel and repeatedly forcing square pegs into round holes.

The best version of Daniel Jones was under Pat Shurmur (Andy Reid disciple). His second-best year? Under Mike Kafka (another Andy Reid disciple). Both ran West Coast-based systems tailored to Jones’ strengths.

The NFL is a results-driven business, and this regime has produced little but losses since 2022. They’ve shown no willingness to adjust.

It’s clear: time for change—again.
