These are talented players, yes, but Chelsea is not a development ground. You need proven, top-level players ready to deliver immediately.

This is where the sporting directors have to take responsibility. Recruitment, squad planning, long-term vision, if those things are not right, the team will never move forward.

Right now, everything looks disconnected. Owners, directors, coaching staff, not aligned.

And that’s why you see the same story repeating again and again.

You can keep changing managers, but until the people above fix the structure, nothing will change.
