@Shedintears I think we’re talking past each other. I never said CPO are currently involved or that a proposal exists. My point is simply that any serious stadium strategy, redevelopment or a new build,has to factor in CPO’s structure because it affects what’s realistically possible long-term

So either they negotiate with CPO or they move to other location which is crazy. I can't imagine Chelsea playing in other ground than Stamford Bridge.
